AK381A I HP StorageWorks MSL4048 0 Drive Tape Library.

This item came from government surplus auction.  This is the first time I have seen this.  Though it was recorded as " pulled from working environment ", I couldn't confirm it. I don't even know how it works. So selling as it is.
