Lovely Handpainted Floral Pink LIMOGES Plate with Brass Handles and Surround.  I know my daughter gets tired of me saying 
"I could do an entire room around this piece", but it's true.  It's one of the loveliest things I've ever been able to offer on eBay.  It was originally the top of a tazza and the base would have been metal.  Someone at one time glued the top and the bottom together.  I'm not messing with the glue; it's definitely on there.  It has a factory flaw, a tiny chip, a side that the brass needs to be reglued, and a rubbing on the background, but all are overshadowed by the beauty of the piece.  It is marked with an "E" and a crown; Limoges.  The bowl measures 11.5" and the brass makes it 14".  It is 1.5" deep.
