Vintage Japanese Satsuma Lobed Bowl Signed Shozan. Inside bowl is gold gilt lines of Wysteria and Flowers. . The outer bowl has gold gilt Japanese maple leaves.

This Japanese Satsuma bowl has rounded, five lobed form (in the imitation of a plum blossom) raised on a short foot rim decorated in over glaze enamels and gilding. The Base has a mark of Shozan. 

The Bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It measures 3 1/8 inches diameter and 1 1/4 inches in height . It weighs 2.2 ounces.
