This is a single three point tractor lower bar pin. Class 3. It is about 6" long 1 7/16" diameter. 1 1/8" mounting thread. New old stock. I believe  may also work for Class 2? implements.  Not sure. Check with your dealer for proper fit. See pics for details. thanks for looking.
