Payment Policy- We accept all forms of payment through eBay and expect payment within 2 days.

Shipping Time- We ship within 2 business days of payment received.  If payment is received on a Friday or weekend we ship the following Monday.  If for some reason there is a delay, or we can't ship as stated we will contact you immediately and offer a refund or provide a time frame of shipping. We are happy to provide a full refund if unhappy with shipping time.

Shipping Method- We offer free shipping within the US.  We always ship 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail which includes a delivery confirmation #.  This will be posted to your eBay within 2 business days after shipped.  All international orders are a flat $25 and we ship USPS First Class International only.  Tracking # is not included but a customs form # is provided and will be posted within 2 business days after shipped.

Expedited Shipping- We are happy to provide expedited shipping both domestic and international.  Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.

Returns- We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase.  If you encounter a problem with our workmanship please contact us and we will refund your payment with no return needed.  If you feel your item was received damaged, please contact us and we will send you a replacement at no charge with no return needed. Our fit and finish is warrantied for the lifetime of your ownership.
