1. We will happily offer replacement items or refund if  "Item is dead on arrival or damaged", "There is a manufacturing fault withthe item",

2. Our items are intended for professional installation in order to avoid damage to the item ( Warranty will be void due to improper installation )

3. The warranty Does Not Cover failure due to Abuse, Misuse, Improper Repairs or Maintenance, Installation, Alteration or Modifications

1. We can ONLY ship to Australia.

2. We ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Generally, delivery time is 1-5 business days to Australia depending on delivery location.

    Some packages might be delayed by postal service.

3. All items will be dispatched from our warehouse and shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers by Parcel post with tracking no.

Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted. Please write the RMA number on the returning package.
