INSTRUCTIONS
1. Order the Repair "Item"
I can't send contact information through eBay without a purchase. Once the item is purchased I can send the complete address for sending in your remote. I am located in Southern Maine.
2. I mark the order as shipped on ebay but without a tracking number
Ebay demands all items ship quickly so I have to mark it as shipped. Once the item arrives, it's repaired and I'm mailing it back, the tracking is updated with a tracking number.
3. Mail the remote in with a short description of the problem and something with your name and address USED ON EBAY so I can match it up.
Some people send their order in with a different name and/or address than the eBay order which makes it difficult to track down.
How long it takes depends on how bad the problem is and how many remotes have been sent in recently. Remotes are usually here only a few days.
