This is an antique reverse painted lamp base with a rural scene painted on it.  It is in fair condition. The lamp is approx. 9 1/2" tall and takes a lamp shade that clips on to the lightbulb.  It does have a hairline crack that doesn't  seem to run all the way through to the inside from what I can see and it has a couple of little chips around the bottom.  There is a couple of places where the frosting has been scuffed as well.  I decided not to provide a lamp shade to keep the shipping costs to a minimum since they are readily available in most areas.  The lamp does work and you can see the photos of the chips and crack.  It is still a very beautiful piece with the imperfections not bein very noticeable.
