This game is used and requires a 9-volt battery (not included) I installed a battery and it powered up. It appears to work OK although I didn't spend any time trying to play it. The lid to the switches which control the slow - fast pitch - etc. is present but 1 of the little pins that acts as a hinge is broke off so that door does not stay attached. A nice old vintage game in the original carton with instructions.
