These are used on a variety of newer laptops as part of the screen mounting, sadly not as reusable or as convenient as screws, but they do work quite well, I first encountered them when changing out the panel on my Dell G15 and had to source more!

Essentially it's a double sided tape strip, used to stick the screen to the inside of a laptop lid. They can then be removed cleanly without good access, by pulling on the tabs, which are left just reachable at the bottom or top of the panel. This disintegrates the strip without the need for solvents or risk of damaging the panel by prying.
