M18 High Torque Battery Strap/Hold Down For 5.0/6.0/8.0 AH Battery On 2767 3D Printed.

***This product is designed specifically for the 2767 tool and M18 5.0 or 8.0 or 6.0 battery combination only. Made to fit genuine Milwaukee batteries and tools, no knock offs! This will NOT fit with any other tool or battery not listed due to size differences so please check first!***

**NEW 6.0 version and updated models!! Now has a bump on the rear of the battery so it won't vibrate loose on more worn out tools (normally a tight fit). Needs to be installed with the battery and tool separated first or it will seem like it won't fit without modification. These versions will NOT slide straight on (or off) any longer**

To install, insert battery first, then insert impact, then (optional) install the back strap.

Removal is the reverse steps while pushing battery release buttons. Premium version REALLY locks down so removal is more difficult (on purpose!). 

Includes: 1 hold down, 1 strap (solid), 1 strap (slotted)

2967 version does not include optional straps at this time

This product was originally designed by me for a coworker that had battery sagging issues on his 2767 impact that caused the battery to lose connection unless it was held in place. While it was intended to remedy the battery flopping around, it can be used to prevent that issue in the first place. It holds the battery securely in place to relieve strain on the small plastic bits that hold the battery to the tool.

Due to the nature of 3d printing, there will be visible layer lines and imperfections as seen in the photos, though it doesn't affect the functionality. Product may deform when exposed to hot environments like the inside of a car sitting in the sun. If there is trouble sliding this on or off the tool due to the intended tight fit, a bit of oil will make it much easier.

Available in black PLA+, a hard plastic material. Also available in black 95A TPU which is a flexible material that will NOT break from blunt force.
