Easy Shipping
We process and ship orders from our United States based warehouses Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for other pieces may take longer to fulfill.
Weekend and Holiday Deliveries
Weekends and holidays aren't included in estimated delivery dates, even though some carriers deliver on weekends.

Easy Returns
Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back
If the item is being returned because it is defective or damaged in any way, we will refund your entire order as well as any shipping costs in getting the item back to us within 14 days of shipment. Should you notify us after fourteen days, a refund will be sent for the product, but no refund will be given for any applicable shipping costs.
Our goal is for every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If the item simply didn't meet your expectations, but was otherwise as advertised, we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping fees will be deducted. (in getting the item to you or in having the item returned to us).
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Items must be returned in its unopened original packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds
You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding shipping charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the returned product, we will credit your account as promised. Please allow 7-10 business days for your reimbursement to appear on your credit card statement.
Return Conditions
All original packaging must be included in the return such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs All included accessories in original condition.
Please be advised we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for packages that get lost or damaged upon return.
Please allow 2-3 days from the date we received the package for us to process your return. If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund
