Shipping

 Shipping is included for all orders. We ship throughout the Contintental U.S. at no charge. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Protectorates. For international customers, we do allow use of the Global Shipping Program. Orders paid before 12pm PST will ship out the same business day. We ship Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

 We take great pride in our reputation for quality items and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new or original condition and include original product packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer unless the mistake was ours. All returns or exchanges require a return authorization from our customer service department, or must be submitted through eBay returns. International customers, please contact our customer service department directly for assistance.
