We ship all online orders to locations within the United States.

Ground shipping on purchases over $99 is FREE within the contiguous 48 states. Second day, or Next day orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, ARE NOT eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise specified. Also, the free shipping policy does not apply to APO's, FPO's and DPO's. Most shipping rates should be calculated during the checkout process in the shopping cart.

Free shipping DOES NOT apply to any item that requires freight ground delivery. On all orders that require freight ground delivery, you will be contacted by email with the freight charges.

Most orders are sent using UPS or USPS, ship within 1-2 business days (subject to stock on hand), usually arrive within 6 days and are dependent on location and weather conditions.

On orders that include free shipping, sewingnmore. reserves the right to use the carrier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.

Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you put a PO Box as your shipping address the merchandise will be shipped via USPS. (Additionally, providing a PO Box as your shipping address will not cause us to automatically ship via USPS for you. If you have experience with UPS delivering to your PO Box, please email us and we'll consider making an exception, however, if the package gets denied and rerouted, you will be charged all applicable shipping costs).

Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm pacific time will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Processing and shipping does not take place on weekends or holidays.

Returns:
Within 30 days of purchase, if product is complete (all parts and/or accessories, original box if applicable), working and in identical condition as it was sent, returns will be allowed with a return authorization number.

Refunds:
Within 30 days of purchase, if product is returned complete (all parts and/or accessories, original box if applicable), working and in identical condition as it was sent, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy:
Buyer may cancel within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, less any credit card fees.
