If you have ordered the incorrect item, changed your mind or it does not fit, please let us know and return the item in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original condition with full postage paid for by the buyer. Refund of your purchase will be via the same method in which payment was made.
If your item has arrived damaged, is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. We may ask for the item to be returned with postage costs covered by ourselves. A full refund or replacement will be provided.
For damaged items, photographic proof must be provided when requested. Failure to provide photos may result in the rejection of a refund.
