Item was plugged in. It cycles through all lights and completes it's self-test followed by a solid green light. I do not have the appropriate equipment to test the item any further. Item is being sold as is with no guarantees. Listed as parts/repair as without proper equipment, I cannot ensure full functionality. Only includes cables seen in photos.
