This D Link DWS-3026 switch was recently pulled from my home server rack during an upgrade.  This switch is fully functional and reliable.  There is a piece of the faceplate missing (see pics) and the rack ears are not the correct fit for this model so they are only attacked by a single screw each.  The switch would likely need to sit on top of another piece of gear or a shelf if rack mounted, or the correct ears found.  Thanks for looking :)
