We guarantee your purchase to be as described. Should you receive any product that does not work or is not represented properly we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. For hygiene and health reasons mattresses, bedding, pillows and like items must be returned in un-opened original packaging. If opened these items will not be accepted for return.
