A) Returned items must be well packaged as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
B) Full refunds will be issued only for items that are still BRAND NEW/UNOPENED. If item sold as "BRAND NEW" and is returned opened and used, INCLUDING DIGITAL HD CODES, refund will only be 50% of the original sold price.
C) If Digital HD CODES (for used DVD or Blu-ray) are used and returned, refunds will only be 50% of the original sold price.
D) No refunds will be given to buyers because of incompatible regional coding problems.
E) No refunds will be given for all returns until AFTER returned item is received.
