Check the photos and configuration carefully to make sure this is what you need.  So many look similar.

Terminals are marked XYZ and W.  W is not connected to the strap so this one is NON-Grounding.

XYZ Terminal Markings Tells me this is a 3 Phase Receptacle.

OD of face is about ~1-5/8".
