4 3/4" long -- 4" high
Antique Porcelain Dog Figurine - Cocker Spaniel - Great Size - Rare, Old Piece. Could be a different kind of spaniel: English Springer Spaniel, Irish Water Spaniel, King Charles Spaniel.

However, I think it's most likely representing a traditional American Cocker based on those large, pillow-like ears.

Beautiful larger size compared to many of the tiny ones, and quite unique -- very nicely finished with original handprinted details that almost appear like watercolor - it's a gorgeous warm yellow and reddish-brown glaze. The only condition issue is a TINY chip at the end of the tail -- see photo.

It doesn't appear to have been made by any of the expected traditional manufacturers like Royal Doulton, Royal Copenhagen, Hagen Renaker, etc. No markings.
