01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.

02. Reverse Flushing: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).

03. No-disassembly Cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, which requires special adapters.

When you apply it to 4-cylinder engines, please plug the two connectors inside the machine to ensure precise and safe operation.
 
If you are working on an 8-cylinder engine, it is recommended that you divide the injectors into two groups of four and perform two cleaning tests each to ensure that each injector is thoroughly cleaned and tested.

How do I choose a cleaning solution?

We recommend that you use a specialized syringe cleaner that is readily available at your local supermarket. It is usually very corrosive and flammable and should be used away from sources of ignition and avoided in contact with skin!

How do I choose a test fluid?
We recommend using a specialized automotive injector test fluid. If this is not available locally, industrial alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead (usually the test fluid is a colorless, clear, non-irritating odor liquid).
 
Please note the information regarding test fluids and cleaners：
1. Prohibit the use of corrosive liquids as injector testing fluids. It is prohibited to add corrosive liquid directly into the glass test tube, which will damage the machine seals and injectors.
 
2. It is prohibited to use cleaning agent instead of test fluid, because the cleaning agent is corrosive, which will cause damage to the equipment and injector seals.
 
3. Prohibit the use of petrol instead of cleaning agent or test fluid, which is dangerous and can easily cause safety hazards.
 
4. It is forbidden to confuse the two liquids, cleaning agent or test liquid, in which the cleaning liquid is corrosive and can easily damage the machine seals.
 
5. Please put the cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic box for engine carbon cleaning. Put the test liquid or industrial alcohol into the glass tube for syringe test.
