Here's a very pretty pattern by Jefferson Glass made ca. 1902. This is a 10" diameter and 4" tall novelty Bowl. It is a Blue Opalescent novelty bowl with a White Opalescent stripe or rib pattern. At well over 100 years old it's a true antique. The Opalescence and Clarity of the glass is superb. The crimped edge is a tight crimp with three sides pulled up.
There are no chips or cracks and no mineral deposit. As with much of this type of early mould pressed glass there may be embedded air bubbles. Any unusual white or dark spots in the photos are from camera glare. This will make a great accessory to any Victorian home. 61242225
