If you receive an item from our store that you are unhappy with for any reason, you can simply return it to us within 60 days in the condition you received it and we will happily exchange or refund you.

All items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in their original condition with all labels attached (unless faulty). All packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or acceptance may be refused (unless faulty).

If you would like to exchange a product for size, color, or satisfaction reasons, Bikers Gear is happy to assist you. All exchanges are subject to a flat $10 return shipping fee to cover the cost of returning the exchanged merchandise to you. If your order is eligible for Free Freight Over $200, a restocking fee for freight will apply equal to Bikers Gear's original shipping cost.

When returning the boots please make sure you do not stand on any sharp objects or damage or mark the sole of the boots. Do not ride in them or your return may not be accepted. Remember, if your boots do not fit properly at home or feel uncomfortable on the ground, they will feel the same on the bike.

For women purchasing helmets, we ask that you remove your makeup before trying the fit. Your makeup will stain the cheek pads and in some cases your return may not be accepted.

Please ensure that all returned garments are free from stains, marks, dog or cat hair and tears as they may not be accepted for return if they arrive damaged (unless faulty).

When inspecting replacement parts, please check carefully that they are correctly fitted before removing them from the packaging. Items such as chains will be accepted for return once they have been removed from their clear plastic packaging. It is recommended that you compare the new item with the old item before removing it from the manufacturer's packaging. We understand that in some cases this will be unavoidable.
