This unit is slightly concaved for patient comfort and has the orginal tighting knob. This unit has a 1" square that Fits great into the back of the steris surgical stool as a accessory . This unit has been used previously . This unit may have some signs of cosmetic wear ,but is fully operational and functions as intended.Guaranteed or return for full refund.
