Our Food Chemicals Codex Grade Diatomaceous Earth is a finely milled, high purity Diatomaceous Earth, rich in amorphous (noncrystalline) silica and low in aluminum, iron and other metals. It is a free-flowing pure white coloured powder. It is selected for its purity, mineral composition and powerful properties. Being 100% UK FOOD CHEMICALS CODEX GRADE (not US) our product is free from added chemicals, emulsifiers or bulking agents. With a soft flour like texture, it is equally good as a mineral supplement and intestinal cleanser as it is a detoxifying agent. Mined and milled at source prior to import and tested to food grade standards in a CODEX registered lab.
