General specs for reference (datasheet on request for details) : 81-3001B-100-5 is a solder mountable Beryllium Oxide (BeO) chip terminator.  Because of its high stability and low parasitic capacitance so make it specialized for high frequency operation.  It is terminal style C which a split ground that allows it be mounted as a resistor or termination. This style provides a larger ground area for increased heat dissipation and is an excellent choice for high power SMT applications, according to the EMC catalog.
