simply peel of the backing paper to reveal the self-adhesive section and preferably place INSIDE the hatband as seen in the video and illustration.

 is to cut a strip lengthways in half thereby giving double the adjustment

Thereby reducing the size of the hat so it can be a virtually made to measure fit and far more comfortable and secure to wear.  

The foam pads are exceptionally soft therefore almost impossible to  feel (when fitted) and giving you the security of knowing you are  very unlikely to lose your hat in inclement weather. 

These ultra-useful strips / pads can also be placed on the inside of your hat (Having no hatband) being so soft it is unlikely you would be aware of their existence  

yet keeping your hat where it should be.
 The sizers can be cut along the length or width and can even be stuck on top of each other, or cut to shape with --- a pair of sharp scissors. and they really are essential for ,--- that extra snug (made to measure) fit.

when wearing those high heeled sling back or strappy sandals / shoes, just try cutting a piece to line the inside rear of the ankle strap of your shoes ----- NO MORE BLISTERS OR SORES This product will assist in allowing a comfortable and more secure fit to most styles of full fashion and formal head wear.
