Shows light wear from use and aging, including minor surface marks and scratches. It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, is very clean, and is table ready. It is straight, not bent, has no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all.
It is hallmarked on the back A&D S and an hourglass figure, mark for listed British silversmiths Allen & Darwin (c. 1879-1922) of Sheffield, England.
This is a really great, very collectible and more hard to find piece for those that collect unique English silver, you have family ties to this maker, or you have other flatware from this pattern! Add it to your collection today!
