Custom Red Polyurethane Tips Feet (2 off) hiking stick (Leki fit) attachment

I've worn through two sets of the original Leki rubber feet I bought and found that they wear very quickly when used on roads and pavements.

So I decided to create my own design replacement using my 3D printer and polyurethane material (Shore hardness 95A) which is far superior to rubber for such purposes.

My design has a much longer life due to reduced wear and yet offer excellent grip and much crisper terrain feedback.

Like the original Leki tips, these are firmly held in place by friction due to material elasticity and a tapered internal profile.

Having used the prototype design for many months now, as shown in the last couple of photographs, the wear is relatively low.

Based on this success I decided to offer them for sale to those looking for an optimal tip design.
