- Marine collagen (hydrolysed collagen) 1.25 g
- Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 56.25 micrograms/RE
- Nicotinamide 12.50 mg
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg
- Biotin 625 micrograms
- Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate) 6.18 mg
- Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 2.50 mg

Contains fish, phenylalanine, soya beans, sulfites and tree nuts. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms/RE for women and 900 micrograms/RE for men.
