SHIPPING RETURNS PAYMENT

Orders are processed and sent from Sydney warehouse daily except for weekends and public holidays via Startrack and Auspost. Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and sent the next business day. If the payment for your order clear before 2:00pm Monday to Friday, we will process your purchase and dispatch on the same day. Any order received after 2:00pm or over the weekend will be processed and despatched on the next business day. 

Please note: Your order will be shipped via Australia Post if your delivery address is PO BOX. 

Free Standard Shipping: Orders are usually delivered in 1 - 5 business days and are shipped with full tracking via Startrack or Australia Post. A signature may be required on delivery. 

Express Shipping: Your order will be shipped via Startrack Express with tracking number. Orders are usually delivered in approximately 1 - 3 business days to metro areas or 2 – 5 business days for rural areas. 

Signature may be required on delivery.

Return for change of mind are ONLY accepted for items that are SEALED and in their original packaging and brand new condition. The refund will be processed once item is returned to us. Buyer will pay for the return shipping - provide us with the tracking number via eBay message so we can confirm receipt of the item. Contact us for any manufacturing faults, all items are covered under a 1 year Australian Warranty.
