Stakesy's BR-24 Bead Roller

Our own, 100% UK made, heavy duty bead former with a 24” throat depth allowing beads, steps, tipped and wired edges to be formed into steel up to 1.2mm and aluminium up to 1.6mm.

The 1” diameter shafts run in 4 bronze bushings and the upper shaft has fore and aft adjustment for centering rolls and adjusting step die angles. The box section is 5mm wall with a solid billet steel centre block to prvenet flex and both cranking handles are a bakelite type plastic with internal bearings. We have tried to keep the upper shaft adjustment backlash down to a minimum to make it a nice piece if kit to use. The BR-24 Bead Former comes complete with an adjustable backstop rail to attach the optional backstops (available separately in the next few months). 

The BR-24 bead former is also available with an optional electric kit to turn the process into a 1 man operation. This can be bought separately as a later add-on, fits in less than 30 minutes, and is also made by ourselves in-house.
