This ZARA Woman / Basic COLLECTION is white long sleeve with open half sleeve with a tie at mid-sleeve point.  It is a size SMALL.

It is NEW WITHOUT TAGS.  It does have a very minor faint spot on the back and very minor fabric pulls throughout (I don't know if they are in the design or not).  Otherwise the blouse is beautiful!
