Please contact us and request an RMA number, before returning an item. Items received without an RMA attached to the shipping box will be returned to the sender. We do not cover your shipping charges back to us or any Customs or Brokerage Fees. If a Brokerage fee is levied upon us at the time an item is returned, a copy of the Brokerage Invoice will be sent to you. We will bill you via PayPal Invoice for these charges. If your item cannot be replaced and we encounter a brokerage fee: this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. The Brokerage Invoice showing all costs will be emailed to you! Products sold AS IS have NOT been tested, so no warranty is expressed or implied. Therefore, customers cannot return AS IS items.
