This blouse has sheer fluttery cap sleeves while the rest of the top is lined. The outer layer is a sheer, mesh with green polka dot pattern allover. 

Top features a very deep v-neck with an empire waist. Theres is a solid trim along v-neck and around empire waist making it fitted at the top and more relaxed and a bit flowy around the rest of the top, giving it a bit of a fit & flare look. The tie in the back allows for the perfect fit and all the features come together to create a beautiful silhouette. 

Versatile piece! The plunging neckline and deep color makes it great 

for going out, date night or a party.

You can also throw a camisole under and a blazer or jacket on top and
