HP/Agilent 5086-7744 1ST LO active splitter /  Distribution Amplifier coupler rated for 3-6.8 but works from 1 to 22 GHz no problem.

I have a bunch of these. Perfect for product development or doing mods. If you need details like voltage specs on terminals i can get that if needed.

And it just needs one voltage and one ground!

When you add a 5v supply to it it amplifies a few DB and splits the signal to two paths ie: 12-13db going in, two paths going out at around 16-18db  and a third coupled/ sample output of approx -15db or so . Designed for low phase noise amplification of a yig tuned oscillator distribution amp but can be used for any type of product design of low noise needing active splitting and  or coupled output for a sampler etc....
