It is an expert in Injector solutions, featuring 12 injector-specific functions

01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.

02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

04. High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.

05. Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.

06. Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.

07. Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.

08. Idle Fuel Injecting Amount Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

09. Middle-speed Fuel Injecting Amount Test: Simulate the engine medium-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

10. High-speed Fuel Injecting Amount Test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

11. Reverse flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).

12. No-disassembly cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, which requires special adapters.

How to choose cleaning fluid?
Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid.

How to choose test fluid?
The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.

Note:
1. Cleaning fluid is placed in the ultrasonic box for engine carbon cleaning.
2. Test fluid or industrial alcohol is placed in the glass tube for injector testing.
