All FDP Handheld Radios are type approved to CBRS, LMRS and also usable on the 70cm Ham Band (proof of licence required).  Programming Software and Cable are available to bona-fide Ham Radio Operators.  Software is strictly not for distribution.

* Please note that ‘Software Defined’ means that features like power, squelch, channel allocations, CTCSS/DCS, scrambler and battery save are all preset by the distributor or approved dealer with software, and can’t be changed via the keypad, making this an easy to use, powerful, no nonsense transceiver for commercial or recreational use if required.

**  The Group Alert Alarm will only activate for less than 3 seconds in any 60 second period, regardless of how many times it is press in that minute.  This is to comply to the CBRS tone timing restrictions imposed by the Standard.
