Solid Oak external double stable door and frame set

measuring 1530mm wide x 1900mm high x 95mm deep

and opening out. 

Supplied either handed as the photo or opposite to the photo at our discretion 

unless you specify which door you would prefer to open first.

Both doors are 45mm thick 

Fitted with 16mm thick toughened double glazed units

in the top doors and 18mm T&G boards in the bottom doors. 

These Oak stable doors and frames are ideal

for use height is restricted

or to be used in garden projects such as summer houses,

garden rooms or Log Cabins.

They are rebated to open out so as not to restrict the internal space.

The door comes pre hung in the frame

and is fitted with 8 x 4” stainless steel BB hinges,

a 5 lever rebated satin mortice sash lock, 

2 x 6” black Anvil Bolts, 3 x 4” black Anvil bolts 

and black Anvil handles.

These beautiful doors are handcrafted 

in a family run traditional workshop on the Grosvenor estate 

in the Cheshire countryside.

Made from light character grade European oak from FSC sources.

As with all of our products they are solid oak.

Each section of the door frame is 1 piece of timber

and not made from numerous pieces glued together,

unlike most for sale.

Supplied untreated so you must add your own paint or varnish.

Fitted with draught excluders and threshold strip.

Each one of these are made to order

with a 6 week delivery time.

Osmo 420 extra oil.

This is the most natural but requires regular upkeep 

Initial treatment before fitting.

Apply 5-6 medium coats with a brush to all surfaces including the top, bottom and sides and any cutouts for hinges or lock recesses.

Apply 2 coats each spring and autumn thereafter.

It is clear and UV resistant.

After treatment a seal of clear glazing silicone should be applied on the outside and inside between the glazing beads and the glass.
