This is a new genuine Honda Accord Tourer 2.0L 2003-2008, CR-V 2002-2009 and Civic 2002-2005 Rocker arm assembly for the 2.0L KA4 AT, KA5 AT & KA5 MT engines.

It is new and unused in its original packaging which was sealed until I took the photos. 

Compatibility is believed to be correct but you must contact a Honda dealer with your VIN number to clarify your exact vehicle suitability.
