This is an Old Rare Saint Christopher Medal for the Return of Lost Keys. Please see the scans for details and condition. This has a man on the front  carrying a child and Drop In Any Mailbox - The League of St Christopher San Juan Capistrano California and your registration number on the reverse side.  So find someones lost keys. So you attach the lost keys to this medal and drop them in a mailbox.  All this then is sent to the League in California which has your address and then they send the lost keys back to you. The medal in the scans is the actual medal you will receive.
