The DMR V8 V2 Pedal Service Tool, designed to adjust the 11mm base nut on the Dual Bushing bearing system. Found on the current V8 pedal with grey plastic end caps.

This tool will also fit the new ‘Classic’ V8 pedal , with the updated DU Bushes.

Use this thin wall Cro-Moly Steel socket with a 13mm spanner to ‘back off’ the 11mm base nut against the 9mm lock nut on the end of the axle to adjust the pre-load on the bearings.

Tools required to service or adjust V8 Dual Bushing pedal:

  • 15mm spanner or 6mm allen wrench – to remove pedal from crank arm.
  • Pick – to pop off end cap.
  • 9mm Socket – to adjust lock nut.
  • 13mm Spanner – to adjust V8 service tool.
  • DMR V8 Service Tool – to adjust 11mm base nut on axle against lock nut.
  • Small Flat Blade Screwdriver – to hold/jam 9mm lock nut when adjusting base nut.

Shipping

Orders are despatched Monday-Fridays (excluding bank holidays), the cut off time for same day despatch is 3pm.

United Kingdom Delivery:

We offer free delivery on any order over £50, and shipping on orders under £50 is charged at £2.95. Our standard shipping service is provided by Royal Mail Tracked 48, within 2-3 working days.

For the more urgent deliveries, we also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £4.00 and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed at £8.00.

Worldwide Delivery:

We post to most destinations around the world via Royal Mail. Once you have selected your products, you can check the cost to deliver in your country by entering your address details. The services are either Tracked, Signed or Tracked & Signed, depending on your country of choice. Lead times vary by destination but Royal Mail advise, Europe as 3-5 working days and Rest of World as 5-7 working days.

We use Stripe to process our secure credit/debit card payments, Stripe is a worldwide recognised online payments processor used by thousands of businesses. Stripe also allows to offer an express checkout service with ApplePay and Google Wallet.
