(1). A hard drive is NOT INCLUDED. You must separately purchase one with a capacity of your choice up to 8TB in size. We recommend using surveillance hard drive only. Other types of hard drives may cause your DVR to stutter, skip, freeze and will prematurely fail due to constant writing conditions.
(2). This 4K NVR supports most third-party protocol WIRED ip cameras. Use only IP Cameras of equal or LOWER resolution than the maximum supported resolution of the NVR.
(3). Since different suppliers use different protocols, we could only ensure the full compatibility (include motion detection function)between the Evtevision ip cameras and the Evtevision NVRs. For some third-party onvif ip cameras, we could support live view only.
(4). If you want to remote viewing on phone, you would need to connect the internet to the nvr.
