Stella McCartney Women's Black Velvet Puffer Vest Size 38 UK 10 New - DEFECTS

Item is new with tags but does have faults. There is a large hole near the zip. This is hidden when the vest is zipped up, however, is very noticeable when the vest is not zipped. There is also a defect to the velvet on the hood, which is close to being a hole. (please see photos).
