All orders will be sent using EVRI: Where possible please provide a mobile number- this will be used for delivery updates.
A tracking number will be sent automatically on dispatch- please use this to access and keep track of your delivery and where necessary alter delivery dates/times.
Please note: EVRI will only attempt delivery twice before returning the items back to us- we will not re send any orders that have been sent back to us, they will be cancelled and refunded.
(If the recipient wishes for the order to be sent back out they will be required to pay postage)
