Our coffee machines operate on 220–240V and are compatible with U.S. power systems. A qualified local electrician can install the appropriate outlet to ensure safe and proper use.
Freight:
Our freight is quoted to include insurance but not including any taxes & duties payable within the USA customs. Please check these costs. A customs form will be provided at the time of purchased and should be completed ahead of shipping to ensure no delays.
Warranty:
Your equipment is covered by our parts warranty international system. This requires an email report at the first instance of an issue. If you are unable to accurately identify the faulty part, we recommend engaging a local technician to diagnose the issue. In some circumstances we can diagnose issues & troubleshoot over the phone. Please give us a call to speak to our highly trained technicians. Once a faulty part has been identified, we will promptly provide a replacement under warranty.
We are able to ship our items worldwide. We send our international freight with TNT / Fedex who will ensure your order
arrives quickly & safely.
As the price of international freight varies between locations, we ask that you request a freight quote from us before purchasing.
Our quotes for a freight cost to your location are for transport only. The cost does not include the duties and/or taxes
applicable to your country. The cost does not include any storage charges you may be subject to if the freight is not cleared

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
We are available Sunday by appointment only.

WARRANTY PROCESS FOR BOTH INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
1. Contact us directly at the first sign of any issue with your equipment.
2. If you are able to identify the faulty part in your equipment, we will dispatch a replacement immediately under your parts warranty.
3. If you need assistance identifying the faulty part, we can provide assistance via phone call, video call or by bringing the machine to our Clayton warehouse.
4. If we deem it necessary for time or location restraints, we may authorise a third party to provide the replacement parts and cover this cost under your warranty.
