Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Items shipped via USPS or FedEx within the Continental US. We will choose the least costly shipping service to ship. If you have a shipping carrier preference, please contact us and we can accommodate!
2. Freight shipments costs are to be paid by buyer and arrangements made within 3 days following purchase. 
3. Items requiring special handling are subject to extended shipment time of 3 days. 
4. We offer combined shipping on most items.

International Shipping Policy 

Import duties, fees, taxes

1. All orders shipping to destinations outside the US are subject to import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. 
2. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is subject to selection by your country's Customs Agency. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the importation and delivery of your package into your country. 
3. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes & fees of destination country. 

Please note it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as pay any duties, taxes, and fees. 



We strongly recommend selecting a carrier that you are familiar with. If possible, please use eBay's Global Shipping Program. If you prefer a less costly method of shipping, please select one with which you are familiar. 

No partial refunds with be given for items. 

 Item MUST be returned to receive a FULL refund. 

Items sold AS IS 

Items being sold AS IS are without warranty and are not subject to returns. We will be as specific as possible in our listing to give an accurate representation of an items condition, function, cosmetic defects, error messages etc. 

We do not have the facilities or capability to test some items. Items that are listed as UNTESTED are sold AS IS. 

Warranty Returns

Tech That Plus will happily honor any valid guarantee claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. 

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

  Damaged Items

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact contact us immediately using ebay messaging, including photos of the damage. 

We will refund or replace items according to stock availability. 

Lost In Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
