New jeans.  The front holes have patches behind them.  The rips on the back pockets are not patched behind the rips.

The 30x30 has a small yellowish mark underneath the back right pocket.  Enlarge photo to see it.  

The 30x34 has a mark near the front knee.  See photo.

The 30x32 has a mark on the front pocket.  See photo.
