1. By placing an order you agree to the fact that all items purchased will be exactly the same as the item shown in the photo. Therefore you accept to ensure you order the correct item by referring to the photo.

8. Claims for non-delivery are not accepted under any circumstances unless the Recorded Delivery option is paid and selected for.
9. Damaged or faulty items must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued, as this is a requirement of Royal Mail's claims policy.
10. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
11. In case product become faulty during the period of the warranty for reasons incoherent to your acts, omissions or misuse of the goods, you must promptly notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including the description of the fault) and return the products to us. After reviewing and testing the goods we will decide whether to provide a replacement product of the same or superior quality and the same specifications without charge or not to provide a replacement. We shall have no further liability to you after this decision. After the expiry of the warranty we shall charge the standard list price in case goods become faulty and you request a replacement.
12. If you do not comply with the procedures and regulations related to the warranty stated in these terms and conditions and the contract between you and us, we will have no liability concerning any claim.
13. The above warranty is given by us without having any liability for any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the goods, incorrect fitting of the goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods by you and/or a third party without our approval.
14. The right to make a claim on the guarantee is not transferable.

1. Effective Date: 18/01/2024 Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers TMA0009052809_1 purchased from D2P Autoparts for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. Any parts purchased prior to 18/01/2024 will not be covered by our 10-year warranty
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for 10-year warranty coverage, the car part must be fitted by a certified professional mechanic. Proof of fitment, including the mechanic's certification, must be submitted to Amesplan LTD within 30 days of the part's purchase date. Please send supporting documentation to us via email.
3. Professional Installation: The car part must be installed by a professional mechanic in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. Installation by an uncertified individual may void the warranty.
4. Proof of Fitment: Customers must provide proof of fitment, which includes a detailed invoice from the certified mechanic specifying the installation date, the mechanic's credentials, and any other relevant details.
5. Submission Deadline: Proof of fitment must be submitted to D2P Autoparts within 30 days of the original purchase date. Failure to submit the required documentation within this timeframe may result in the warranty being voided.
6. Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, customers must contact us immediately. The warranty claim must include the original proof of purchase, proof of fitment, and a detailed description of the issue.
7. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or any modifications not approved by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear are also excluded from warranty coverage.
8. Warranty Process: Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, D2P Autoparts will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. If the part is no longer available, D2P Autoparts may provide an equivalent replacement or a refund.
9. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the car part.
10. Limitation of Liability: D2P Autoparts shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the warranted part.
11. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996. By purchasing the car part from D2P Autoparts, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these warranty terms and conditions. D2P Autoparts reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
